MARS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established Allied Health organisation to recruit an experiencedPodiatristto join their community team, servicing clients across theNorthern suburbs of Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Podiatrist with1.5-2+ years' experiencewho enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with clients and providing meaningful, patient-focused care in the community.
The Prospect
You'll provide mobile podiatry services directly to clients in theirhomes and community settings, with a varied caseload across aged care, geriatric and general podiatry.
You'll typically see around10 clients per day, with approximately6 hours of face-to-face clinical work.
The role is structured to provide amanageable and sustainable workload, while still offering the security and benefits of a full-time position.
The organisation is ideally looking for someone to joinfull-time, however, they are open to Podiatrists seeking a minimum of3 days per week.

About the Role
Working throughout theNorthern suburbs of Melbourne,



you'll provide personalised podiatry services to clients in their homes and community settings.
You'll manage a varied caseload, with a strong focus ongeriatric and community care, supporting clients with everything from routine podiatry and preventative foot care through to more complex foot health and mobility needs.
You'll have the opportunity to develop genuine, ongoing relationships with your clients, helping to maintain theirmobility, independence and overall quality of life.
Your caseload will include:
Home-based podiatry
Geriatric aged care
General podiatry and routine foot care
Preventative and ongoing foot health management
Mobility and functional support
Client education and individualised care planning
Importantly, you won't be spending your evenings catching up on admin.
A dedicatedscheduling and administration teamwill support you with your diary, appointments and administrative requirements, allowing you to focus on what you do best -providing great clinical care.
About You
We're looking for a qualified Podiatrist who has:
1.5-2+ years' clinical experience
Current AHPRA registration
Experience or an interest incommunity and/or aged care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own day
A genuine passion for patient-centred care
A current Australian driver's licence
