We are looking for anexperienced and qualified Landscaper / Leading Handto join our growing team.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who can confidentlyset out and run landscaping projects, read plans and lead a team from start to finish.
You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time and safely.
Skills & Experience Required
Relevant landscaping qualifications and solid industry experience
CurrentNSW Driver Licence
Ability to drive amanual vehicle
Proven experiencesetting out landscaping jobs
Ability toread and interpret landscape plans
Experiencerunning and supervising a team
Experience in:
Retaining walls
Paving
Planting
Turfing
General landscaping
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing jobs to a high standard
Good communication and organisational skills
Punctual, reliable and well presented
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Preferred – But Not Essential
Excavator operating experience
Truck licence
Experience working on residential new-home landscaping projects




We are also looking for experienced subcontractor landscaping teams who are capable of taking on complete landscaping projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for established teams looking for consistent work and the ability to be paid per completed job rather than hourly.
Subcontractor requirements:
Experienced landscaping team
Ability to read plans and set out jobs
Own tools and equipment preferred
Ability to complete projects to a high standard
Reliable and punctual
Good communication and professionalism
Appropriate licences, insurances and business requirements
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
Subcontractor teams will have the opportunity totake on projects at an agreed price per job, withweekly paymentsfor completed work in accordance with agreed payment terms.
We have ongoing work available for the right teams and are looking to build long-term working relationships with reliable subcontractors.
