Job Description
Proactive Care is seeking an experienced General Practitioner (VRGP) to join a roaming clinic plus telehealth model across metro areas, with a focus on veterans and chronic disease care.
You'll lead multidisciplinary care, conduct in-community consultations and structured telehealth case conferences, and participate in Medicare and DVA billing streams.
The role balances travel with remote days, offering a secure starting rate and upside as patient numbers grow.
