Custom Solar Power has been designing and installing solar and battery systems across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW for over 15 years.
We run an in-house teams of SAA-accredited designers and installers — no subcontracting — so every system we deliver meets Australian Standards and reflects our own quality control from design through to install.
Beyond solar panels, our work spans battery storage, off-grid power systems, EV chargers, and power trading solutions.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Trades Assistant, ideally with solar experience, to work on new solar and battery installations across residential and commercial projects.
You'll receive paid training, ongoing support, and the chance to expand your skills as the company continues to grow.
Apprenticeships are on offer for the right candidates.




Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or have appropriate Australian work rights for this position.

Requirements
Construction Blue/White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Working at Heights ticket/training
Experience working safely at heights and on roofs
Highly Regarded
Solar industry experience
CPR/LVR certification
EWP or high reach ticket
