Job Description
Monash Health is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Social Worker to join Unit 2, Youth Mental Health at Dandenong Hospital.
The role is full time and ongoing, Monday to Friday, focusing on young people aged ***** with acute mental health concerns.
You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, plan complex discharges, and work with families and services to support recovery.
The role requires an AASW-accredited degree and allows mentoring of junior staff within a multidisciplinary team, contributing
