Job Description
DHL Global Forwarding in Matraville, Sydney seeks an Air Freight Import Specialist to manage bookings, documentation and customer communications within the Air Freight Import Department.
You will act as primary contact for allocated customers, monitor shipments, respond to queries, and ensure on-time performance while updating the TMS and handling billing.
Hybrid work available after onboarding; Australian residency required.
