Competitive salary package | 3-5 days per week
Join a values-driven team that prioritises Professionalism, Health, Connection, Compassion, Growth and Open-Mindedness
Senior salaried role with opportunities in leadership, supervision and service development
No private practice experience required.
We'll support your transition and tailor the role to your strengths
Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist looking for a role that offers both meaningful clinical work and the opportunity to shape the next stage of your career?
Perhaps you've spent years working in public health, community settings, education, or another healthcare environment and are curious about private practice, but want to make the transition within a supportive, values-driven team.
Or perhaps you're already working in private practice and are looking for a more collaborative environment, greater professional support, opportunities for leadership and supervision, and the chance to shape a role that better reflects your strengths and career aspirations.
At Mind Matters, we recognise that senior psychologists bring a wealth of experience, diverse strengths and unique interests.
We're seeking a Clinical Psychologist with a minimum of eight years experience who is passionate about high-quality client care and interested in contributing to the growth and development of both clients and colleagues.
Importantly, this is not a one-size-fits-all role.
We believe psychologists thrive when they are able to work in ways that align with their expertise, interests and values.
As such, this position will be tailored to your strengths while also supporting the evolving needs of our practice.
Whether you're passionate about clinical leadership, registrar supervision, mentoring early career psychologists, working with complex presentations, facilitating groups, developing new services, or simply focusing on excellent clinical work, we'd love to explore how this role could be shaped with you.
No previous private practice experience is required. We provide the support, systems and administrative infrastructure to help experienced clinicians transition confidently into private practice.
Who are we?
Mind Matters is an established psychology practice in Bondi Junction / Woollahra, home to a warm, collaborative group of six year trained psychologists.
