Job Description
Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an experienced operational leader to head the Open Space & Maintenance team, overseeing fleet, workshop and urban maintenance functions and a workforce of about 20 employees.
You will provide strategic oversight of fleet planning, asset lifecycle, governance, safety and risk, while building a cooperative and accountable culture across the depot and related services.
