Job Description
The Jaybro Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the Central Queensland territory from our Mackay Branch.
This full time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and building strong customer partnerships across the region.
You will drive revenue and gross profit through a strategic sales plan, generate leads via cold calling and visits, and manage major projects and tenders from opportunity to execution.
