The Role:
Lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health clinicians
Drive high standards of clinical quality and client outcomes




Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
Support the continued growth and development of the Cairns or Townsville team
Maintain a manageable clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
Work closely with senior leaders across the organisation
About You:
QualifiedOccupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
RelevantAHPRA registration, SPA membership or professional registrationas applicable
Strong clinical experience
Previousleadership experinece essential
NDIS experience also essential
