About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Parts Department, working closely with our workshop, retail customers, and suppliers.
You'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive team that values accuracy, initiative,



and a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle workshop, trade, and retail parts enquiries
Manage phone and counter sales with professionalism and efficiency
Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external customers
Check off incoming orders and allocate parts to correct storage locations
Maintain an organised, clean, and safe parts department
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and system updates
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive preferred)
A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Mechanically minded with a solid attention to detail
Experience using parts catalogues and inventory software (preferred but not essential)
