Are you an experienced Customer Service skilled with a strong background in order management, CRM systems and Excel?
We're looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service & Order Management Support professional to join a friendly, supportive team based in Norwest.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, ensuring orders are entered accurately, followed up and delivered efficiently.
You'll also provide administrative and system support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer orders from entry through to fulfilment
Processing and maintaining accurate customer and order information
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Managing and updating information within the CRM
Tracking orders and liaising with internal teams regarding delivery timeframes
Investigating and resolving customer queries and issues
Preparing reports and analysing data using Excel




Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
Providing general administrative and customer service support to the team
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and customer-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service and order management
Experience working with CRM systems
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - this is important
Strong administration and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
