About the role
Join our valued and highly rewarded team of casually on-hired nurses and care staff in delivering superior care outcomes for patients, family and staff in Australia's leading health and aged care organisations.
This role is a fifo/dido position filling aged care FTE contracts in regional locations accross north QLD.
Duties
PCA's who join are team will be expected to provide:
Superior personal care
Feeding
Domestic support
Make a difference to residents in providing exemplary care
Work collaboratively within teams
Willingness to learn and interact with new people and systems
Strict adherence to facility and governmental accreditation standards
Kitchen, laundry or housekeeping skills are highly regarded.
Skills & Experience
Successful applicants will possess the following:




Demonstrate a willingness to provide exceptional person-centred care and support to residents
Value teamwork and collaboration
Exhibit a passion for making a different in the lives of residents
Aged care experience (highly regarded)
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or individual support (or similar) or be working towards nursing certification (must have completed either aged care/acute placement)
Current National Police Check
Current COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
A positive "can-do" attitude with excellent time management skills.
