What you need:
End-to-end payroll experience, ideally in construction or under an EBA with allowances and penalty rates.
Comfortable with invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and month-end tasks without needing supervision.
Happy to work in a small team where the role will flex and develop rather than stay fixed in a narrow lane.
