Warehouse Despatch Coordinator – Smeaton Grange
Permanent Full-Time
Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Despatch Coordinator to join their Smeaton Grange team on a permanent full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and hands-on warehouse professional to take ownership of daily warehouse and despatch operations within a manufacturing environment.
The Role
Coordinating daily warehouse, receiving, picking, packing and despatch operations
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock records
Coordinating supplier deliveries and container unloading
Managing local and interstate dispatches and inter-branch transfers
Conducting stocktakes and investigating stock discrepancies
Using ERP/MRP systems to manage stock movements and transactions
Supporting the warehouse team and working closely with production, sales and management
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Ensuring WHS procedures and safe manual handling and forklift practices are followed




Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and warehouse processes
About You
Previous warehouse experience, preferably within manufacturing, fabrication or a similar environment
Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
Previous ERP/MRP experience highly regarded
Experience with container unloading and despatch operations
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
A hands-on approach and solid commitment to workplace safety
