As our project pipeline and capability continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bids & Estimation Manager to lead our tendering and estimating function from our Townsville head office.
n
This is more than coordinating tender submissions.
n
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process - bringing together commercial, estimating, operational and technical expertise to turn opportunities into competitive, commercially sound and deliverable proposals.
n
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll lead tenders and estimating while working closely with Business Development, Operations and project leaders across the business.

What you'll own

Leading bids from prospect handover through strategy,



estimating, submission, clarification and project handover
n
Developing bid strategies that align client requirements with PMG's capability, competitive position and commercial objectives
n
Leading and coordinating estimating and pricing to ensure bids are competitive, commercially sound and deliverable
n
Identifying and managing commercial, contractual and operational risks throughout the tender process
n
Bringing together technical, operational, HSEQ and commercial inputs into compelling client-focused submissions
n
Driving accountability across bid contributors and ensuring priorities, resources and deadlines are effectively managed
n
Maintaining strong tender governance, quality and approval standards
