Job Description
The Arnott's Group is seeking a hands-on P&C; Business Partner to join our Huntingwood manufacturing site on a two-year fixed-term contract.
You'll work closely with frontline leaders, manage ER/IR matters and coach teams to improve attendance, conduct and performance while ensuring consistent people decisions across shifts.
