Cabinet Vision Drafter
to join our in-house drafting team.

About the role
As a Cabinet Vision Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed and production-ready documentation to ensure projects transition efficiently from drafting through to manufacture.
Working closely with our Project Managers, Production Team and other Drafters (team of 5 Drafters), you will ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with project specifications, approved designs and manufacturing requirements.
Key responsibilities
Prepare detailed working and manufacturing drawings using
Cabinet Vision
Create accurate CNC files and production documentation for manufacture
Prepare Bills of Materials and relevant information for purchasing
Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
Ensure dimensions, materials, hardware and construction details are accurately documented
Liaise with Project Managers and internal teams to obtain and clarify project-specific information
Identify discrepancies, missing information and potential production issues prior to manufacture
Ensure documentation complies with approved designs, specifications and design intent
About you




We are looking for an experienced Drafter with a strong understanding of cabinetry manufacturing and the ability to produce accurate documentation that can move confidently through to production.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A minimum of
2 years' experience using Cabinet Vision
Experience producing detailed cabinetry and joinery documentation for manufacture
A sound understanding of cabinetry construction and manufacturing processes
Experience with CNC machinery and screen-to-machine production processes
The ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware and industry-standard construction methods
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Cabinetmaking or practical joinery experience will be highly regarded
