Our client is an established Owners Corporation business that has been operating for approximately 10 years. They're looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their small, close-knit team.
n
Managing a commercial portfolio of warehouse and industrial properties, you'll have plenty of autonomy without being overloaded — plus strong administration and accounts support behind you.
n
And importantly, there are no after hours meetings.

What's on offer?

$110K–$120K + Super

The Role
n
You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately ***** properties / ******* lots, predominantly made up of smaller to medium-sized commercial schemes.
n
The portfolio is considered clean and manageable, allowing you to focus on providing a high level of service rather than constantly putting out fires.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing a predominantly warehouse and industrial OC portfolio
n
Running and preparing for AGMs
n




Managing day-to-day OC matters and queries
n
Building strong relationships with owners and committees
n
Coordinating maintenance and contractors
n
Resolving issues across the portfolio
n
Managing compliance and relevant documentation
n
Working closely with dedicated administration and accounts support
n
Maintaining regular communication with the wider support team
n
Managing your portfolio autonomously while contributing to the broader team
n
Using StrataSphere for portfolio management
n
n
About You
n
Commercial OC experience would be highly regarded, however it isn't essential. If you're an experienced Owners Corporation Manager coming from a predominantly residential portfolio and are interested in moving into commercial, they're very open to having the conversation.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience managing an Owners Corporation portfolio
n
Commercial OC experience preferred, but residential OC experience absolutely considered
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent problem-solving ability
n
Confidence managing a portfolio autonomously
n
Robust organisation and time management
n
A collaborative, team-focused approach
n
The ability to effectively utilise administration and accounts support
n
