You'll be joining a collaborative Speech Pathology team with a great mix of new grads, mid-level clinicians, and senior support, alongside a wider multidisciplinary team.
What's on Offer:
$85,000 – $115,000 + super depending on experience
Choose a 4-day or 5-day work week (longer days optional)
Structured daily schedule with dedicated admin time built in

About the Role:
Clinic-based paediatric caseload
Variety of presentations across speech, language, and communication
Consistent referral stream ensuring a steady caseload
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
Support Available:
Structured 12-week onboarding program
Shadowing and gradual caseload build for new clinicians
Fortnightly or monthly supervision
Access to senior clinicians and external supervision where required
Ongoing internal training programs
