We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Receptionist to become part of our locally owned and operated business.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, being organised, keeping busy and working as part of a close-knit team. You will be an important part of the day-to-day running of our showroom and will work closely with our Kitchens Manager and Administration team.
n
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working, takes pride in what they do and is looking for a long-term position. We value reliability, initiative, a positive attitude and someone who is willing to learn and grow with the business.

About the Role
n
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors and will play an important role in keeping our showroom and office running smoothly.
n
Your duties will include:
n

Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors
n
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
n
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
n
Client liaison and assisting with general enquiries
n
Scheduling appointments and coordinating workflow
n
Assisting with kitchen and cabinetry enquiries
n
Maintaining our job and workflow management system
n
Assisting clients with colour selections
n
General showroom and office duties
n
Social media and multimedia posting
n
Learning about our cabinetry, kitchen and construction products
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Previous MYOB experience – highly regarded
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
n
The ability to learn new computer and job management systems
n
A friendly and qualified telephone manner
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
The ability to work independently while also being part of the team
n
Initiative and a proactive approach to your work
n
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
Honesty, reliability and a positive attitude
n
n
Experience is important, but attitude is just as important to us.
