Based full-time at the Yatala head office working alongside the management team, you'll run a small admin team and report directly to the Head of Admin.
Your team is the single point of contact for customers through the approvals and pre-production journey — the team owns the project, keeps it moving, and keeps the customers informed.
Key responsibilities
Own each customer's approval pathway — coordinating town planners, certifiers and building surveyors through to permit
Manage all approval documentation (engineering, site plans, surveys, energy reports) and keep every job's records complete
Coordinate trade quotes and site works between customers and contractors
Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated at every step
Be the explicit, reliable voice customers call — updates, next steps, no surprises
About you
Proven knowledge in at least one of: residential building knowledge (builder's admin,



contract admin or construction background); experience dealing with councils on development, planning or building applications; or experience working with private certifiers or building surveyors
Excellent phone manner
Serious organisational skills
Ownership mentality — you chase things until they're done
