Key Responsibilities
Process loan applications across a diverse panel of lenders
Accurately input and manage loan data within CRM and AOL platforms
Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan process
Liaise with lenders to ensure smooth progression and timely approval of applications
Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
Strong understanding of NCCP legislation, AML compliance,



and relevant regulatory requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in loan processing
Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and business partners
High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
