As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care while supporting residents, families and the wider care team.
n
Your responsibilities will include
n
n
Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
n
Completing clinical assessments and individualised care planning
n
Medication management and wound care
n




Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needs
n
Maintaining compliance with Aged Care quality Standards and infection control requirements
n
Working closely with families and allied health professionals
n
Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
n
n
About You To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Full working rights
n
Completed Bachelor of Nursing
n
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care
n
n
Please note visa sponsorship will only be considered for candidates who hold a current work visa,are on shore, with significant experience working in Residential Aged Care in Australia.
