Job Description
Capital on Tap is seeking a Customer Engagement qualified for a hybrid role, spending time educating and activating recently approved SME customers. You will speak with SME owner-directors and finance managers, helping them move from approved to actively using our card as a core payment tool.

This is a phone-led, KPI-driven position where success comes from commercial curiosity, resilience, and the ability to influence decision-makers. The team operates with the office 2 days per week.
