NAISDA is Australia's leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performing arts training organisation. In ****, we celebrate 50 years of shaping Strong Lives, Vibrant Communities and Creative Futures through dance and performing arts education. We're seeking a proactive Facilities Officer to support the campus maintenance and help ensure our spaces are welcoming, well-maintained and meet all safety and operational standards.

What You'll Do

Support the maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment across campus
n
Ensure spaces are welcoming, well-maintained and meet all safety and operational standards
n

About You
n
n
You must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander under the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act exemption
n
Experience in building maintenance and monitoring, or a related field
n
Ability to organise and prioritise work with problem-solving skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Understanding of, and commitment to, safety and sustainability requirements
n




Demonstrated ability to engage respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities
n
Cooperative approach and ability to work as part of a team
n
A current NSW driver's licence
n
