Endeavour Group is seeking a National Workforce Planning & Productivity Manager to translate enterprise workforce strategy into store-level reality across 1,650+ sites. You will drive end-to-end budgeting, wage forecasting and productivity initiatives that optimise EBIT.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Workforce Planning, you will lead a specialist team, partner with IT and Transformation, ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements, and champion data-driven decision making.
