A leading family run manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Penrith. This is a full-time, morning or afternoon shift position running Monday to Friday.

The Role
n
As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated electrical systems and equipment within a rapid-paced, high-technology environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical and control systems across automated equipment.
n
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and other plant machinery.
n
Assist with the installation, wiring, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
n
Conduct electrical safety testing and inspections in accordance with relevant standards.
n




Maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation.
n
Work collaboratively with mechanical and automation teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
n
Comply with all electrical safety regulations and company quality standards.

About You

Trade qualified Electrical Fitter / Electrician (Cert III or equivalent).
n
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, automation, or industrial maintenance environment.
n
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and fault-finding techniques.
n
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
n
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
n
