We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of our early learning service and lead our team in delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.

About the Role
n
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) while creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and educators. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and ensure the service operates at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
n
Lead, mentor and support a team of educators
n
Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and organisational policies
n
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
n
Manage enrolments, occupancy and centre administration
n




Support quality improvement processes and programming practices
n
Ensure a secure, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children
n
n
About You
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
n
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
A current Working With Children Check
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
n
