In office management couple required for riverside complex in Surfers Paradise. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced management couple who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through with minimal supervision.
Office hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 12pm Weekends.
Key responsibilities
Holiday and permanent letting
Front desk and guest services
Reservations and administration
Owner, body corporate and guest relations
Lawn, pool and garden maintenance
Day to day caretaking, including morning cleaning of body corporate areas
Body corporate compliance - attending meetings and preparing reports
Contractor management
About you
Experience in holiday and permanent letting
Front desk and guest services experience
Reservations and administration experience
Owner, body corporate and guest relations experience
Experience coordinating housekeepers
Lawn, pool and garden maintenance experience
Experience with REI preferred including EOM and Trust Accounting
Must be able to live on site and start in early November
Generous package including pet friendly on-site 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment
Up to 12 month contract with support provided
Early-November start date with generous hand over period with current manager
