Senior Business Analyst - Power Automate and AI

Our client is a seeking a Sn Business Analyst to play a key role in a large transformation. This prospect is ideally suited to a transformation professional who thrives in complex delivery environments and enjoys driving outcomes beyond traditional business analysis activities.

This is a role that will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to support program governance, facilitate decision-making, drive delivery outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve ways of working through automation and emerging technologies.
n
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and influencer, capable of bringing people together, simplifying complex challenges, and ensuring initiatives remain on track to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Drive governance, delivery coordination, and program outcomes across a large-scale transformation initiative.
n
Facilitate workshops, working groups, and decision-making forums to achieve alignment and progress.
n
Manage and maintain RAID logs, actions, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
n
Support program planning, risk management, and continuous improvement activities.
n
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes through Microsoft 365 automation capabilities.
n




Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
n
Translate complex business and technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience working in Business Analyst, Transformation Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar program delivery roles.
n
Demonstrated experience with governance, delivery management, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
n
Experience working across both business and technology environments.
n
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including automation opportunities across the suite.
n
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled workplace technologies, or digital transformation initiatives highly regarded.
n
Ability to influence outcomes, navigate ambiguity, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
