About the Role
As our WHS Business Partner, you'll support a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Greater Brisbane, partnering with leaders to create secure, compliant and high-performing workplaces. You'll provide practical WHS advice,



strengthen safety capability, support injury management and drive continuous improvement across the region.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS advisory or business partnering role
Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (Diploma or higher highly regarded)
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation
Experience delivering WHS and injury management initiatives across multiple sites
Ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships with operational leaders
Current driver's licence with capacity for regular travel across the Greater Brisbane portfolio
