Noumi Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia, Singapore and China.
You'll work in a small two-person TA team, partnering with hiring leaders and P&C; Business Partners to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent for blue- and white-collar roles.
You'll champion candidate experience, leverage direct search, LinkedIn, SEEK and referrals, and contribute to data-driven hiring metrics while embracing AI and digital tools.
