Job Description
Around The Clock Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our established and close-knit team.
Initially 3 days per week, the position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time employment.
You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly when last-minute changes arise.
Once fully trained and experienced in our systems, you will be required to participate in our after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week.

Roster coordination within a busy care workplace
Matching the right care worker with the right client
Ensuring continuity of care
Responding to last-minute changes




Participating in after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week once fully trained
About you
Organised and confident
Experienced in rostering within a busy care environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with aged care and/or NDIS participants is highly desirable
Case management experience would be an advantage
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check required
Right to work in Australia
