Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead nursing operations and elevate resident wellbeing.
Reporting to the head of the home, you will apply your clinical background to improve care, safety and family engagement across the facility.
You'll mentor carers and nurses, oversee stock, budgets and reporting, and develop clinical care programs.
A registered nurse with current AHPRA registration and at least 3 years in nursing management in aged care is required.
