Job Description
Based at our Head Office at Wayville, and working as part of the Relieving Team, you will work across Resthaven community sites in metropolitan and regional areas.
(Your travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working in Regional areas).

About the Candidate
Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse with sound clinical and assessment skills
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age-related health issues
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, family, staff, and other health professionals.
Current Driver's licence
Demonstrated ability to work in a team and show leadership.
Understanding of duty of care in a community setting
Building skills and capacity in the aged care sector
