Working across research, technology and innovation, you'll help deliver engaging communications and events that connect stakeholders across Australia.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Marketing, you'll take the lead on coordinating, planning and delivering a diverse calendar of events, including conferences, workshops, webinars and stakeholder events.
Alongside event delivery, you'll create engaging communications and translate complex technology and science-related information into clear content for different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate conferences, workshops, webinars and stakeholder events from planning through to delivery
Manage event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers and schedules
Develop engaging content across websites, email, social media, newsletters and event collateral
Translate complex technology and science topics into accessible communications
Manage multiple external stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
Support exhibitions, promotional campaigns and broader engagement initiatives
About You
You'll bring approximately
3-5 years' experience
across communications, events, marketing or stakeholder engagement.
Most importantly, you'll have:
Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technology and science topics to different audiences




Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated event experience, coordinating conferences, workshops, webinars and stakeholder events from planning through to execution
Experience within higher education, research, technology or a similarly complex stakeholder environment will be highly regarded.

Casual Loading
