Clough is seeking a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract to join the Perdaman team in our Perth office.
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high-volume construction project.
The role involves managing postings in SAP SuccessFactors, building candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and coordinating mobilization and onboarding to meet project needs.
Travel to sites may be required.
