Gallang Place Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Youth Mentor to support young people and families through the Staying on Track Youth Justice Program, delivering mentoring and structured therapies in a culturally safe, trauma-informed setting.
You will build solid relationships with Youth Justice partners, families and community case workers, contribute to high-quality practice, and help young people reintegrate into the community after detention.
