Senior Graphic Designer – Brand & Multimedia
, you'll play a key role in shaping how Prime looks, feels and connects with clients, partners and our people.
You'll work alongside our Marketing team and leaders across the business to deliver standout creative work that is engaging, strategic and impactful.

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on senior creative role where no two days are the same.
You'll:
Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, video and multimedia channels.
Develop engaging campaigns, presentations, thought leadership materials, reports, event collateral, email communications, infographics and website content.
Create and edit video content, motion graphics, animations and short-form multimedia content that captures attention and tells compelling stories.
Translate complex concepts and business information into clear, visually engaging communications.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, as well as external agencies, developers, videographers and creative partners.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Help evolve and strengthen Prime's visual identity and brand standards.
Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, templates and brand assets.




Provide guidance, mentoring and creative support to junior designers when required.
What you'll bring
You're a confident and commercially minded creative who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on execution.
You'll ideally have:
5+ years' experience in graphic design, branding, creative services or marketing environments.
Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong experience in video production, editing, motion graphics and animation.
A keen eye for branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling and design trends.
Experience creating content across websites, social media, email marketing and digital advertising channels.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to present and explain creative concepts.
A team-oriented mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
Highly regarded :
Experience using Figma and other digital design tools.
Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow or UI/UX design principles.
Experience working within financial services or agency experience.
A portfolio of graphic design work
