Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

You will support the Head Chef, supervise the kitchen crew, and ensure consistently high-quality dishes and dining experiences for guests. The role requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, at least two years as a Sous Chef, robust leadership, and ability to work under pressure on a rotating roster, including weekends.
