An exciting opportunity is now available for a Trainee Aftercare Specialist to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway. Your Role
n
As a key part of the customer journey, you will work closely with our Sales and Finance teams to deliver exceptional vehicle care solutions and support to our clients.
n
Your responsibilities will include:

Presenting and selling a range of aftermarket products and protection options for vehicles.
n




Supporting customers through all the stages of their vehicle purchase journey.
n
Providing outstanding post-sale service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
n
Working collaboratively within a high-performing dealership team.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to succeed.

You will ideally bring:

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence, resilience and a positive attitude.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
