What we're looking for:
n
n
Certificate III Carpentry
n
Experience in residential construction projects (stick frame)
n
All tools and reliable vehicle
n
Valid Australian drivers licence
n
Current-Build experience




n
Good Renovation experience
n
Broad knowledge of building practices
n
Must be efficient with reading plans and drawing details
n
A great attitude - reliable, motivated & willing to learn
n
Must have keen understanding of all building trades and methods not just carpentry
n
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
n
Take on all carpentry related tasks required in the construction process of residential new builds and renovations from start to finish of a project
n
Work with and maintain subcontractor relationships
n
Ensure the site complies with OHS and environmental standards
n
Work within scheduled times to prevent project delays
n
Work with instructions given from Project Manager and ensure all tasks are completed within a reasonable time frame at a high standard of finish.
