Working as a part of our service team you will be responsible for:
n
n
Set up and maintain client files, enter fact-find data, and update financial planning software
n
Assist with pre- and post-Statement of Advice (SOA) documentation and record-keeping
n
Draft application forms, reports, meeting presentations, and preliminary product comparisons
n




Manage submissions and track progress on applications, underwriting, and medical requirements
n
Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks as required
n
Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
n
Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
n
Liaise with providers
n
n

Strong computer and data management skills

Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
