OKAY, BUT ARE YOU OUR KIND OF EDUCATOR?

Actually love working with children: You're enthusiastic, caring and genuinely invested in the little people you work with.




n
Have the qualifications: You hold, or are currently working towards, your Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
n
Can go with the flow: New centre? Different room? New team? No dramas. You can walk into a new environment and make yourself at home.
n
Know how to connect: You're confident communicating with children, families and fellow educators — and you know that a good attitude goes a long way.
n
Have your essentials sorted: A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is essential. First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis are preferred.
