With exciting growth ahead, we're looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our Retail – Creation Homes Team.

You'll own the customer journey from Sales Acceptance through to Site Start — the central point of contact who keeps HIA Building Contracts moving, chases down councils, certifiers and finance providers, and makes sure every customer file has a clear next step. What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers from Sales Acceptance to Site Start, delivering a seamless, qualified pre-construction experience
n
Preparing, coordinating and executing HIA Building Contracts and supporting documentation — right-first-time, every time
n
Proactively driving your pipeline: clear next actions, due dates, and zero stagnant files
n
Liaising with councils, certifiers,



developers and finance providers to keep approvals and permits moving
n
Partnering closely with Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Colour Selections, Construction and Finance to remove roadblocks
n
Escalating risks early — to protect both the customer experience and the build timeline
n
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records across your CRM and workflow systems
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience in residential construction, ideally with a volume home builder
n
Solid understanding of pre‐construction / pre‐site processes and QLD planning, approval and certification requirements
n
Experience preparing HIA contracts and REIQ documentation
n
Confidence managing a high‐volume, deadline-driven pipeline with multiple stakeholders
n
Exceptional attention to detail — this role is judged on documentation quality as much as customer rapport
n
A customer‐first mindset paired with genuine ownership and follow‐through
n
Comfort using CRM and workflow management systems
n

$85,000–$95,000 + Super, based on experience
