Lucky Neighbour is a new 200-seat Cantonese restaurant located at Norwest Quarter. We are looking for a hands‐on Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front‐of‐house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

The role
n
n
Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor
n
Recruit, train and develop the front‐of‐house team
n
Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly
n
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
n
Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture
n
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
n
Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally
n
n
About you
n
n
Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience
n
Punctual, reliable and well organised
n




Confident managing and developing your own team
n
Hands‐on and comfortable working in a busy, high‐volume restaurant
n
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
n
Basic wine and beverage knowledge
n
Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
n
