We are a general practice that provides a range of legal services including in commercial law, property law, migration law, criminal law, and litigation/dispute resolution. Our firm caters to a multicultural base, specialising in providing legal services for the local Chinese community.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
In this full-time role, you will:
n
Manage a diverse range of litigation matters.
n
Be involved in disputes relating to civil and commercial disputes, commercial, property and leasing disputes, insolvency matters, etc.
n
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other legal documents.
n
Prepare for and attend court appearances and hearings.
n
Brief counsel and liaise with clients to ensure transparent communication and achieve their desired outcomes.
n
KEY REQUIREMENTS
n
Admitted lawyer with a minimum 2-5+ years' experience in litigation with a strong track record of success.
n
Bilingual with native or proficient level Chinese (Mandarin) language abilities.
n
Ability to work efficiently and run matters independently.
n
Experience in other areas of law such as criminal law, commercial transactions, property and leasing, family law, etc., will be highly regarded.
