The Package:

$1,****** - $1,****** gross per week + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 5 of the QPRC Salary System ****) and Award increases of 4% in ******* and 4% in *********.

Full-time – up to 38 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may be considered.

Ready to take the next step in your career and become a leader in an exciting work environment. Council is seeking qualified candidates to help supervise our pools and patrons, ensuring a protected, welcoming, and enjoyable aquatic experience for all.

In this role you will:
n
n
Supervise all patrons at the pools and take appropriate action in case of an emergency.
n
Conduct regular chemical, filtration and plant equipment operation, and daily water testing and recording.
n
Provide a high level of customer service, helping with enquires and collecting fees.
n
Help maintain the presentation of the pool centre by assisting with cleaning and maintenance.
n
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n




Has relevant experience in an aquatic's role, supervising patrons and staff.
n
Capability to provide high level of customer service.
n
Has great time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
n
Possesses a Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Advanced First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check.
