We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project with a leading Tier 1 contractor. This is an exciting chance to work on a large-scale project alongside an experienced delivery team, with strong opportunities for ongoing work.

The Role
n
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities, leading site crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors.
n
Coordinating daily site activities, labour, plant and materials.
n
Ensuring construction works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
n
Monitoring productivity, quality and progress.
n
Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and site meetings.
n
Working closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers and the wider project team.
n
Maintaining strong safety,



quality and environmental standards.
n
Identifying and resolving site issues to keep works progressing.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone with:
n
n
Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil or infrastructure projects.
n
Strong leadership and site supervision experience.
n
A sound understanding of civil construction methodologies.
n
The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
n
Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
A proactive approach to safety and project delivery.
n
Experience across infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, roads or transmission projects is highly regarded.
n
